After conversion, yes. Directly, no.
One such (pay) convertors for DXF to POV is 3D Win at:
http://www.tb-software.com/ , and another which could do both is PolyTrans
at: http://www.okino.com/conv/conv.htm (with optional CAD add-on for DWG).
More than one for doing DXF to POV (free) can be found in a 'net search, but
I don't know of any capable of converting to POV 3.5. Most are for 1.0 and
2.0, I believe. Although, that might not matter to you. See
http://www.dcs.ed.ac.uk/home/objects/utils/convert/ for one of them.
