Confused me more  ;-)

Anyway... I can see this both ways, it sounds like a simple bug-fix update
so why bother with details? And at the same time a kind of enhancement or
improvement in the works, even if nothing radically different, enough to
suggest it isn't just trimmed either. For instance, speed improvements can
go a long way even though nothing actually changes or adds a feature. That's
something most people would want to know, especially anything new.

Now I feel like part of a rumor mill, and I didn't want to be. This is a
reason I believe an official WIP statement would help not hurt.
