Be sure to have the antialiasing 'jitter' off, which is -j0 in the command
line or Jitter=off in animation INI file. If you don't do that you'll see
pixels jumping around with a kind of glittering effect and that sounds like
the "dust" you speak of.
Also, when working with very fine lines, as those found in moire' patterns,
you might need to set the INI to Antialiasing=0.1 (or lower toward zero) and
Antialiasing_Depth=4 or higher (command line equivalents are +a0.1 +r4).
It'll be slower but try to correct any artifacts present compared to default
AA settings.
