The weekness of the light probs I have seen is that the light source is the
same level as all other white surfaces in the scene. The light sources
should be much brighter than any other white in the image. To make a high
color image all it takes is converting it to 16 bit and either bluring it or
shrinking it. It is the same tools for makes smooth 16bit heightfields. With
the light sources in the image scaled 10 or more times the image provides
real light. Any high res image can be used.
