Hi,

The current access logs of my domain indicate massive problems downloading
the 56MB offline archive of Texture Library 4.0. My provider does not seem
to be very reliable at the moment for larger downloads.

Feel free to use this link to download the offline version:
http://texlib.povray.org/texlib40-20030223.zip from a different server.

I am going to place a mirrored online version on texlib.povray.org soon to
provide a more reliable service to the community.
