Hi Greg,

you are right. Recently I had trouble with a lawyer because of my old
website, therefore I try to be as careful as possible. I might have
exaggerated it. I am sorry.

How about this:
1. I will only include textures in the library which are freely useable for
any purpose except reselling the texture itself.
2. Modification are allowed and the derived texture is also freely usable
and distributable if the inital author is credited - except reselling it.
3. Reselling a texture (not(!) the images made with it) is only permitted if
the author has been asked before - except for the original textures of
POV-Ray of course.

Does this sound better?
