   Thanks Alf. Very nice, and quite close. A good effort indeed. I
think the word that PoV is missing is the word "Sheen" - and your
"blued steel" term for this particular problem is in fact the right
term. I think I've got the blued steel so far but not the 'sheen' as
yet.

    Ah! That's where I've seen it before!  Yes, I can see the
difference, if only slightly.

      Very close to some of my settings apart from I haven't put
brilliance or conserve_energy in. (Why didn't I think of brilliance?
Doh!)

      I'll give some of that code a whirl if you don't mind Alf,
