As others have noted winzip (and pkzip) can do this, but, iirc, you have to be
writing to the disk directly, which can be a pain.
I've got a perl-script that will split and unsplit a file into user-specified
chunks (I wrote it to handle breaking up very large binary files into CD-sized
chunks).
