That's really something I don't understand from you.
If you consider W3C recommendations bad, then please immediately remove
CSS support from the POV-Ray HTML help and from the povray.org website.
If you don't then stop being so double-faced.
IMHO it's hypocrisy to defame something and judge people for thinking that
people should upgrade their programs, but at the same time use those things
you defame and require people to upgrade to programs which support them.
So you consider CSS bad. That probably means that you consider the old
method better, where you write all the definitions separately to each tag
(and if you want to change something, you change it everywhere separately).
The reason why you think this way goes beyond me.
