IE seems to ignore the 'position: fixed' and it either ignores or
interprets in a different way the top, right, bottom and left definitions
in the CSS file.
This means that the navigation bar does not stay stationary with respect
to the viewport and it's not located at the very top of the viewport.
For some reason it also lacks the top and bottom borders of the "buttons".
