In Micro$oft's knowledgebase I can find 2 references to MCI.DLL and a
number of refs to C run-time (CRT) library.

Amongst some refs there:
(I had been using arrays, around 10*200 vectors)

Also Google groups came up with a number of posts asking the same
question but no answers that I understood.
