Not directly related at all but while checking up on the section 6.7.12.3
Waveforms I found a little typo; 2nd paragraph, 3rd sentence, the word grove
should be groove.

Also, section 6.6.5 Dispersion, 4th paragraph, 2nd sentence the word
"controls" is misspelled.

Unsure of this. Section 6.10.5.5 Saving and Loading Photon Maps, last
paragraph mentions range_divider and so if that isn't user accessible
perhaps it doesn't belong anymore. Unless it happens to be described
elsewhere and I didn't find it anyplace except there.
