according to the divX website, I'll gain an extra 25% compression for the
same quality. Which I think is doubtful, but there's also a few extras as
well. check out the comparison chart:
http://www.divx.com/support/divx/guide.php, dixV pro is the one with the
GAIN software.

After posting I read some bad reviews about GAIN so I think I'll pass. There
was quite a few of people who had uninstalled dixV pro but could not
uninstall or even disable the gator software.
