Unfortunately I cannot replicate this. Unless I can see it happening (or get
a good number of people that it happens to reporting the fault) it's very
unlikely I will be able to find the cause or fix it.

I don't recall seeing other people reporting this particular fault. It could
be that your particular windows installation has some other software installed
that conflicts with or disturbs the operation of POVWIN some how.
