I think FILE_HANDLE_ITEM  should remain as FILE_HANDLE_IDENTIFIER as in 3.1g
docs.

6.5.3.2 Poly, Cubic and Quartic
In the table showing polynomial terms, the 'A77' is in a different font size
than the others.

The tip starting with - By default, POV-RAY for Windows will allow you to
start multiple copies...
It has - Options|Misc|Keep Single Instance, I think this should be -
Options|Keep Single Instance.
