Maybe you just want to cause a flame war?  You are asking probably the most
stupid question ever asked!

Here you have your flame:
Turn on your brain and think why people who spend their time to develop
something for free don't want to answer bug reports for beta versions that
have long been history and some user to stupid to realize it is an old beta,
or want some moron to distribute versions based on beta code.  But of course,
thinking about this would require some common sense and maybe even
intelligence :-(
