The plan is:
a page with 320x240's and links to 800x600 jpg
a voting page with 32x24's and links to 800x600 jpg

I guess I can do the 320 x 240 much sooner.  It might have already been
done, but the baby wouldn't go to bed properly last night....

As for PNG, well, IRTC doesn't do it.
i) I really don't want to.
ii) What are you suggesting?  RENDER to PNG or have two pages,  JPG (from
BMP)  and    PNG (from BMP)?
