Why divide by 2.54? Won't that force the printer to interpolate?
I tend to work at 1:1; maybe that's overkill, but for a 12" x 18" print with
a printer of 271 dpi, I use 12 x 271 by 18 x 271.
Just curious about the scaling factor you used..
