If you close POV-Ray while it is minimized, the next time it starts up it
will be minimized. This is pretty annoying by itself, but it seems that if
it starts up minimized *and* displays the "tip of the day" dialog, nothing
will be shown on the screen, and clicking on the taskbar button doesn't do
anything. It took me a long time before I figured out a way to get it to
open. I think this might be because the "tip of the day" dialog is modal;
can it be changed to non-modal?
