  Quoting properly is rather simple. Look at this article itself as an
example of proper quoting.
  Just some simple rules:

  1. Quote first, answer then.
  2. Remove unnecessary quotes. Quote what you are answering to, nothing else.
  3. Don't leave any quote at the end of your post. It serves no-one to leave
something quoted there.

  Your response should look something like this:

SomeGuy <som### [at] somewherecom> wrote:
: A statement in the original article.

  A response to that statement.

: Another statement in the original article.

  A response to this one.

  No quotes at the end of the article.
