I wasn't sure if I should post this to "newusers" (as I might just have made
a simple mistake, or mis-read the docs) or "beta-test", but anyway:

#declare PIG = function { pigment { crackle } }

#declare TEX = texture { function { PIG(x, y, z) } }

Why does this not work ? If I use pattern, it works, but the colors are lost..
