I don't understand the request. It shares the same screen, as is, but can
be in a different place from the program window. I.e. a non-maximized
window allows for sharing the screen by tiling or cascading or whatever.
Although I haven't done it yet with POV-Ray, and I really should try, my
video graphics card (and/or OS, very important) allows for dual monitors
which spans the screens. The render window could go on one and the program
on the other.
I've checked it out before, just not when running POV-Ray. I'm seldom at my
other computer to do so.
The suggestion also seems like asking to have the render window embedded
into the main window instead of separate, except that part about "more than
one monitor".
