I think you might want something along the lines of "special effects." I'm
not an expert on the subject, but have been using normals in camera
statements, and other such tricks. You can also throw a "filter" on the
camera by putting a semi-transparent box in front of it; would you think
that's blatantly obvious or is it something to consider?
I also complete all my animations in Adobe Premiere, where I add my own
music. What about extending POV output into other "platforms" or
environments? There are also lots of tricks that relate to different video
hardware that could be useful to some folks.
