Well, I'm going to answer this, even though I'm not sure that I'm correct.

I would say that there won't be a great deal of difference between an 866
and a 1000mhz processor, but doubling the RAM will help POV more.

Am I right? ( I'm still using P200 with 48Meg RAM, so I have no experience
to draw from in this case)
