Dear Customer,

  We understand your frustration but if you can come up with a
repeatable method of corrupting the pvtools.ini file I will be
more than happy to report it to the POV-Team and, with luck,
ultimately get it fixed for you. A one time unconfirmed problem
is not something that can be fixed until it can be reproduced.
Until you provide detailed information on the events that caused
the problem to occur in the first place there is little that I
or anyone else can do for you, officially or otherwise. If you
would like me to email you a working copy of pvtools.ini I would
be more than happy to do so.

Your business is important to us. If for some reason you do not feel
that our service has met with your expectations feel free to contact
one of our customer service representatives and they will do their
best to see that any problems you may be having are resolved to your
