Not really.
All I get is :"Horse, (sun/day or say) and (dry/dryness or protection)",
with 17 lines (10 + 4 +3).
Alas, it is not part of the japanese 1940 recommended symbols,
so it must really be some advanced one (or just a chinese).
It would be rather strange if it was only : "horse body dried by the sun"
