I'm somewhat convinced that commercial rendering packages uses
simplified textures for their radiance samples, thus removing many
artefacts and improving speed.
I'd like to insist on this : there should be an option to turn off
reflection and refraction for radiance samples, and it's probably
time to find a modern usefulness to "quick_color"...
