There are a couple of things that will affect the smoothness of the
converted model. If the original is a low polygon count (blocky looking)
model even with smoothing applied there is only so much you can
expect from smooth_triangles in POV-Ray. The higher the resolution
of your original model the better your results are going to be in
POV-Ray.

If you have the smoothing 'angle' set too low your results will not
be as expected. I think the default smoothing angle in 3DWin is 70
but don't be afraid to try higher values. If you have it set lower
than 70 go higher. It does get to a point of no return so don't get
too carried away.
