Noticed that too... It's unusual to see toruses with visible angles in Povray
pictures. This and the lack of antialiasing in his older pictures are strange
when one considers the art and craftmanship that went into these images.
Apparently Mr Page is a 50-year old long-time artist who has turned to 3D
(and Povray) quite recently.
