Just a small question:
Does a difference exists between
a ) #ifdef (token)
and
b) #if defined (token)
?
If not: do we need both?
Selfanswering: the difference between a condition and a value - 'defined'
could be used without conditions. Maybe that's the sense.
Is that right?
