Oh ... no, sorry. I "know" some thinks about Torganswall: It's the capitol
of a state with lots of everlasting ice. It has about 10000 citizens and is
located near the top of a mountain or even a glacier. It is heavily
fortified. there are leading some streets to it. The state worships the gods
of light and order. Other than that I'm totally free in constructing the
city.
