There's a discussion about the webring happening on the irtc-l mailing list.
The ringmaster is upset about the acquisition by Yahoo!!!! and doesn't want to
get a Yahoo ID just to resign from the ring, which, apparently, they want him to
do.  There has been some discussion about some people coding up some stuff and
hosting a POV ring at povray.org.  Someone also mentioned that
http://www.bravenet.com also has a free ring thingy, so that is an option.
