Texture-wise surely so I'd say.  I'm currently doing snow-melt and
vegetation changes, although leaving the rock and dirt in place.  All just
surface texturing but it's better than nothing.  Simply done by shifting the
index values up and down in the slope map using clock as a multiplier of
decimal numbers.
