Speaking for me, i often simply don't take the time to put the traces on my
site. I also don't think every simple trace i do is worth publishing.
Furthermore Povray is much more than simply doing pictures (Vahur Krouverk
already mentioned that ), I would say it's often mainly about "developing
techniques".
And finally POVers tend to be perfectionists, so a scene can only be put on a
site when it is finished, and when will that ever be... ;-)
