i think that author should be able to express his original idea and meaning
in a short sentence.
this is because there will be some gossip about each logo anyway and forcing
authors to be quiet is not very nice.

and since the logo would anyway be public one and maybe even commercial in
some sense, should the author be able to sell his idea with words too. just
like in commercial graphics.

and again, if there are people out there who don't understand even their own
feelings they will vote anyway the same thing as the others. they want to be
on the winners side.

and such a short describing sentence couldn't even affect to anyone since an
advertisement have to repeated at least seven times before it even goes
through. that's why they play those things again and again.
