I am not a member of the IRTC admin. I talked with Bill Marrs a few
months ago about the presence of the IRTC groups here on the Pov
news server and he gave me the Ok to repost announcements from the
IRTC mailing list. I do this voluntarily. Any other answers I give
regarding IRTC rules etc. comes merely from my spending time reading
the same rules and regs available to everyone at irtc.org.
