 Ron himself said that some people would obviously feel more comfortable
about offering their support privately through email rather than in a
public forum like this. Having anticipated this he provided a contact
email address for this reason. I do not know if he will ever read this
thread but if he does I hope he finds the support he is receiving here
as surprising as I have. You people are some of the nicest, most polite,
and friendly bunch of people I have ever had the privilege of associating
with, and I want you all to know how much I appreciate this.
