Not when deleting the swap file. There is no date stored there that is not
already backed up in the registry file. If you delete the registry you will
likely not be able to start windows and would have to reinstall everything
again. When you did your last Windows install was it a clean install with a
new registry or was it based on your older registry file ? Maybe you got
garbage in their messing with your head :0
