  Hi, Larry.

May I suggest that images (binary attachments) be posted in p.b.i.
(povray.binaries.images) for the sake of organization? Post your discussion
messages in the appropriate group (povray.general, povray.unix, etc.) and
mention that the pertinent image may be found in p.b.i. Similarly, when
posting the image in p.b.i., use a line of text to indicate which group your
discussion posts may be found. It also helps to make the subject line of
both the posted image and the posted text message similar in wording.

Keeping the binaries in their appropriate groups makes it much easier for
another newsgroup participant to find your image, say two months from now.
They may not recall which group the discussion took place in but they'll
know exactly where to look for the image with a specific subject line.

Thanks for your participation in news.povray.org.
