But you see that is why I cleverly dragged Alan Kong into this conversation.
As a member of the POV-Team he has given us his guidance on the issue. In
short form he said that if it is a povray scene file, be it a .pov, .inc,
or a pov .ini file it should be posted in one of the scene file groups. If
you have a different form of utility for example: .com, .exe, .dll, java
script, or any other number of standard binary file types of a utilitarian
nature then this is the place to post them. One exception to this would
be the posting of announcements of new programs and utilities with an
appropriate URL pointing to it's location. Anything else is just arguing
semantics and not worth the time it takes discussing them.
