This more than hoped for. It explains a lot of side effects I found in
my current scene containing lots of pipes, catwalks etc and a mixture of
spot and point lights. I will go through it carefully!
If you ask me it wouldn't hurt if this goes into to manual as a further
explanation (how about it Alan?).
