I now know what's causing the problem. It's not iki.fi but the web browser.
What happens is this:
The location field has an URL and a parameter (separated by the #). What
netscape (at least 4) does is to send a request for the URL (without the
parameter) and when it gets it, it searches into the given page and locates
the section specified by the parameter.
But iki.fi doesn't send a page. Instead it redirects the browser to another
location.
Here comes the "bug". When redirected, netscape loses the parameter, so
when it gets the page from the redirection, it doesn't have the section
parameter anymore.
What browser are you using? Perhaps IE works better in this case...
