Ugh, I don't even want to think about using 64 subpatches for creating the
mesh! That's 4X the size of the largest mesh I used. I would think that could
be very painful in terms of parsing and memory.
I'm going to move this topic over to programming, since there's some other
things I've been wanting to discuss about bicubic patches.
