OK, I'll try to locate iso-POV for you.... [surfing]....
Try this, for Unix, you have to compile it for yourself:

To get started with it, try this:

Right there is an image of rendered CT Data. It is 256^3, be sure
to have your page file large enough to try a 512^3 render... ;-)
