Well, firstly, we don't have a country big enough to have more than one
time zone, so London time _is_ GMT for about half the year, but then, for
the rest of the year, we all (the whole country, not just London) go over to
BST (British summer time).
And, to answer Estelle's question - According to Win98, Pacific Time is
GMT-8hrs.
