The newest version of TGAMosaic is available from my web page at
http://www.coe.uncc.edu/~adwoodfi/ .
It produces POV input files from uncompressed TGA format where the image
is represented by a mosaic of user definable objects. It also allows for
animation of the resulting image. Check it out and give it a try. I have
posted some samples of output to povray.binaries.images, and samples can
also be viewed on the web page.
