Hi,

    Yes, I can help you do what you desire, and it won't cost you a thing. First, use
Fast
Movie Processor ( www.gromada.com  free for non-commercial use ) to build an avi from
tga's, bmp's, whatever, using your desired codec. Then use DDCLIP ( www.winfiles.com
freeware ) to add audio files to the video. From what I have seen, you *can* adjust
the
audio on a frame by frame basis.
