For your information -- outside the USA virtually everyone has to pay their
*phonecompany* for each second they are connected to the internet.
(The US is the only country I know of that has free local calls)
ISP's aren't the problem... And if there aren't any other / cheaper
phonecompanies around, you're pretty much stuck.
