I don't know from Moray so I should not waste the disk space but
from my Photoshop experience, a $100 dollar rat is about the
minimum quality to use. Also look in the docs for a something
like ctrl arrow for one pixel movements.

If your machine is fast enough rather than trying to follow
someone else's idea of how to do things, use the included scenes.
And then just modify them and see what happens. Even the basic
scene with the sphere, change its size, location, make two of
them, change pigments, background, everything. Once you get a
feel for what happens then go to the help index and look up what
you are doing.
Go to the website in my sig. The first image there was created
six days after I started using the above trial and error method.
