I tried to mail you yesterday but I fear it failed again.

doesn't work because it trying to reach the form. I get the error
message:

"GNS Error Message

This window cannot be reloaded. You must go back to the previous form
and submit by selecting the button."

If you set the link to 

http://164.214.2.59/gns/html

one can access the form.
